Islam Invite to the Way of your Lord with wisdom and fair preaching, and argue with them in a way that is better. Truly, your Lord knows best who has gone astray from His Path, and He is the Best Aware of those who are guided." Holy Qur'an 16:125

Post The Holy Prophet (SAW) Some Aspects of his life and personality

Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (SAW), our Holy Prophet is a rare combination of a man of action and a man of contemplation. He is the most lovable personality in the history of mankind. He has earned from God the title of "Mercy of the Two Worlds". The mission of his life was to achieve the will of Almighty Allah, the Hidden at the same time Manifest, and sternly forbade people from confusing him with God and emphasized that he was a humanbeing like other fellowmen except he recieves revelation.
It is the chief merit of Islam that it has not exalted its Founderf to the position of God. As a humanbeing the Holy Propher (SAW) had his share of wordly affairs and partook of all the trials and tribulations of life. He was honest ruler, an upright tradesman, a good citizen and an impartial judge. He is rightly called a brave soldier, a great conqueror, a teacher, guide and statesman. But he was more than all these. Being a Prophet of God, he was superior to his fellowmen and stood far above them. His life reveals the loftiness of his character and shows his noble stature both as a man and a Prophet (SAW). His stauch faith in God and his reliance on Him helped him triumph over all difficulties and turned the Arab nomads into the triumphant leaders. The Meccans who had committed unimaginable cruelties on him, his companions and relatives feared punishment when they were fully subdued but he pardoned them all as a model of Divine forgivenness. He endeared himself to the hearts of people who were notorious for their heartlessness and barbarity. He led a life of self-renunciation. However hungry he might be and however scarce and poor the food supplied to him, he always thanked the Almighty for his bounty.
He (SAW) is a fine example for all time to come, a man of high probity. The Holy Prophet (SAW) had many sides to his character and personality. Although he wanted his followers/disciples to keep him apart from God, yet he stood out singularly sublime because of his moral loftiness. He was the fountainhead of complete faith in God, forgivenness in the face of gravest provocation, simplicity and self-renunciation.
In the light of above, the personality of Holy Prophet (SAW) was blended by the Almighty Allah with all the virtues and excellence. He is a fine example to follow since God Himself has elevated him (SAW) to the sublime and whole universe came into existence just because of the Holy Prophet (SAW) who has introduced the humanity to the Lord of all the Worlds. Therefore, Iqbal rightly said, that Kee Muhammad (SAW) say wafa tu Hum teray haen, ye Jehan cheez hay kia Loho Kalam teray haen (To My Muhammad (SAW) be but true, And thou hast conquered me; The world is nought; though shalt command, My Pen of Destiny).
