Islam Invite to the Way of your Lord with wisdom and fair preaching, and argue with them in a way that is better. Truly, your Lord knows best who has gone astray from His Path, and He is the Best Aware of those who are guided." Holy Qur'an 16:125

Default The power of prayer

once Gabriel was waiting at Seventh Sky to take Allah's msg to Prophet when he heard Allah’s Voice saying "labbaika ya abdi", ae mere banday main hazir Hun,(Here I am for you, Here I am for you)..Gabriel was amazed to know that Allah has came down to Seventh Sky to say so… Gabriel left for earth to see who the exalted person is for whom Allah is saying that "here I am for you".. Gabriel (with his 600 wings and each wing so large that if expanded can cover whole earth from east to west) searched for the person in the meadows, deserts, down the sea and over the mountains, everywhere... but failed.. Finally, he went back to skies and there Allah asked Gabriel, "So, you went down to find the person and failed", Gabriel could only Nod in response.. Then Allah told Gabriel to go down to a cottage in a desert, where he could find that person. Gabriel went down and found a person who was bent b4 an idol. The man was a kafir (non-Muslim).. He stayed there.. The man then raised his hands and started saying “ ya sanam, ya sanam, (oh idol oh idol) you’re my god, my creator, u provide me with food and everything, ya sanam ya sanam”. When he finished Gabriel asked that man, u are the person for whom Allah is saying, labbaika ya abdi”, the man said, “yes, I m the person for whom Allah is saying so,” Gabriel was about to ask’ “but you are a non Muslim, you don’t believe in Allah, how could Allah answer you that way” that the man understood Gabriel’s point and replied, “ actually while praying to this idol, I was repeatedly saying ya sanam ya sanam, (oh idol oh idol) that my tongue slipped and I said, YA SAMAD (one of the beautiful names of Allah). I just said it once but to this Allah replied very quickly to my prayers, “labbaika ya abdi, labbaika ya abdi,(Here I am for you, Here I am for you).”
