Unfortunately the self appointed rep. Mr. Anjum Choudhry is a typical mullah and a certified N2i, didn't know what he was talking about. He also labeled prophet(S) that he ordered stoning to death on adultery. He even mentioned that its a Sharia and Quranic order. What a shame:evil. That type of ullema are responsible for poor image of our pious religion. And they de tracking the muslim ummah from their real goal now it is quite pertinent to take a glance of this issue in different views.

Leviticus--20-10
22 If a man is found sleeping with another man's wife, both the man who slept with her and the woman must die. You must purge the evil from Israel.
23 If a man happens to meet in a town a virgin pledged to be married and he sleeps with her,
24 you shall take both of them to the gate of that town and stone them to death-the girl because she was in a town and did not scream for help, and the man because he violated another man's wife. You must purge the evil from among you.
Leviticus 20:10
10 " 'If a man commits adultery with another man's wife-with the wife of his neighbor-both the adulterer and the adulteress must be put to death.

[26:116] They said, “O Noah! If you do not refrain, you will surely be stoned to death.”
[19:46] He answered, “You dislike my gods, O Abraham? If you cease not, I will certainly cause you to be stoned to death!…”
[18:20] “For, behold, if they discover you, they will stone you to death or force you to revert to their religion, then you will never succeed.”
[36:18] The people said, “We consider you bad omens. Indeed, if you desist not, we will surely stone you, and grievous punishment will befall you at our hands.”
[11:91] They said, “O Shoaib! Much of what you tell us is beyond our comprehension. We see that you are not a man in power in our midst. If we were not concerned about your family and your tribe, we would have stoned you. You are of no value to us.
So who is stoning here???????? is it the practice of our prophets or Pagans??? See how Quran simply rules out this inhuman practise and shows how pagans where doing it. For more verses from Quran about punishing adultery is in Soorah 4, look at 4:22-26 for further reference.
These are the FALSE ulemas who have cause grief, brought upon pain, cause confusion and chaos among ummah. Their stands are from bible and false so called Hadits. Our prophet could never have followed anything but what’s in Quran.
[5:60] Say, “Shall I point out to you something much worse for retribution with Allah? Worse is the case of those whom Allah has rejected, and His Law of Requital hits them. And whom Allah’s Law relegated from the honourable stature of humanity and they started behaving like apes and swine (2:65). And they fell into becoming the slaves of TAGHOOT (tyrants and the priesthood of any religion (4:51)). Such are in worse plight, and farther astray than the mockers.”
Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) didn’t and couldn’t have preached the biblical teachings as he was forbidden to follow the Christians and Jews, …..

I am confused as, perhaps, I could not comprehend wholly as what are you trying to profess. Are you straightaway negating the concept of stoning to death for adultery as per Shariat? If so, then you are taking it mistakenly for we are provided with precedences in the time Prophet Mohammed (SAW), where adulterers were stoned to death.

Moreover, the existence of the similitude of laws in other religions does not necessarily assure their absence in Islamic laws. Otherwise repealed straightaway in the word of God, most of the Islamic laws were derived from the customs and existing socio-economic and political conditions of Arabia at that time.

yes dear i am against it. our ullema taking it in wrong why, a lot of thing required fo judgement about stoned to death, confess, or very strong prove with witnesses, and much more. take a glance of this hadith
Sahih Muslim 17.4209:

Abu Huraira and Zaid b Khalid al-Juhani reported: Thereupon Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: Say. He said: My son was a servant in the house of this person and he committed adultery with his wife. I was informed that my son deserved stoning to death (as punishment for this offence). I gave one hundred goats and a slave girl as ransom for this. I asked the scholars (if this could serve as expiation for this offence). They informed me that my son deserved one hundred lashes and exile for one year and this woman deserved stoning (as she was married). Thereupon Allah's Messenger (may peace he upon him) said: By Him in Whose Hand is my life. I will decide between you according to the Book of Allah. The slave-girl and the goats should be given back, and your son is to be punished with one hundred lashes and exile for one year. And, O Unais (b. Zuhaq al-Aslami), go to this woman in the morning, and if she makes a confession, then stone her. He (the narrator) said: He went to her in the morning and she made a confession. And Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) made pronouncement about her and she was stoned to death.
is our beloved ullema following this process ? reed an other hadith Sahih Bukhari 7.63.196:

Narrated Abu Huraira: A man from Bani Aslam came to Allah's Apostle while he was in the mosque and called (the Prophet) saying, "O Allah's Apostle! I have committed illegal sexual intercourse." On that the Prophet turned his face from him to the other side, whereupon the man moved to the side towards which the Prophet had turned his face, and said, "O Allah's Apostle! I have committed illegal sexual intercourse." The Prophet turned his face (from him) to the other side whereupon the man moved to the side towards which the Prophet had turned his face, and repeated his statement. The Prophet turned his face (from him) to the other side again. The man moved again (and repeated his statement) for the fourth time. So when the man had given witness four times against himself, the Prophet called him and said, "Are you insane?" He replied, "No." The Prophet then said (to his companions), "Go and stone him to death." The man was a married one. Jabir bin 'Abdullah Al-Ansari said: I was one of those who stoned him. We stoned him at the Musalla ('Id praying place) in Medina. When the stones hit him with their sharp edges, he fled, but we caught him at Al-Harra and stoned him till he died.


there is required a pious man to decide about it who have complete knowledge about ,Quran, hadith, and sunnah, otherwise it is illegal......

Dear belief in Bible, Torah and all other scriptures revealed to Abrahamic prophets is part of eeman. Read Iman-e-Muzammil, Iman-e-Mufassil and second last aayah of Soorah-e-Baqra. If for something we do not find clear commandment in Quran or Prophet's (SAW) teachings, we may look about for it in previous scriptures however they are not sources of Sharia'h; Quran and Sunnah is our primary source of Sharia'h. As for punishment of adulterers; punishment of 100 lashes for unmarried adulterers is clearly prescribed in Surah-e-Nur aayah 2, however punishment for married adulterers is not mentioned in Quran. As per following Hadith, it is clear that Holy Prophet (SAW) prescribed this punishment from Torah:


Sahih Bukhari 6.79, Narrated by Abdullah ibn Umar
The Jews brought to the Prophet a man and a woman from among them who had committed illegal sexual intercourse. The Prophet said to them, "How do you usually punish the one amongst you who has committed illegal sexual intercourse?" They replied, "We blacken their faces with coal and beat them." He said, "Don't you find the order of Ar-Rajm (i.e. stoning to death) in the Torah?" They replied, "We do not find anything in it." 'Abdullah bin Salam (after hearing this conversation) said to them, "You have told a lie! Bring here the Torah and recite it if you are truthful." (So the Jews brought the Torah). And the religious teacher who was teaching it to them, put his hand over the Verse of Ar-Rajm and started reading what was written above and below the place hidden with his hand, but he did not read the Verse of Ar-Rajm. 'Abdullah bin Salam removed his (i.e. the teacher's) hand from the Verse of Ar-Rajm and said, "What is this?" So when the Jews saw that Verse, they said, "This is the Verse of Ar-Rajm." So the Prophet ordered the two adulterers to be stoned to death, and they were stoned to death near the place where biers used to be placed near the Mosque. I saw her companion (i.e. the adulterer) bowing over her so as to protect her from the stones.

The biggest danger facing Muslims is NOT a "jewish christian hindu conspiracy".

The biggest danger facing Muslims are certain dangerous elements manipulating Islam and Muslim sensitivities to gain power and increase hatred between groups.

We should tolerate, respect, and appreciate our differences. We should treat everyone as equals and as fellow humans. When you that to others, others will do same to you.
