Islam Invite to the Way of your Lord with wisdom and fair preaching, and argue with them in a way that is better. Truly, your Lord knows best who has gone astray from His Path, and He is the Best Aware of those who are guided." Holy Qur'an 16:125

Are women allowed to do job according to Islam?

According to quran women has to stay home and in abscence of her husband, protect house and take care of husband's children etc.

So, if she wants to work out side of her home than is it allowed in Islam?

There are some conditions, and limitations of woman employment
such as if woman has financial need
if employment does not cause her to degrade her important role as a mother, sister, daughter and wife
woman is allowed to work, where her rights which set out in the Holy Quran are respected.
It has been claimed that it is the responsibility of the Muslim community to organize work for women, so that she can do so in a Muslim cultural atmosphere,.
The work should not require the man or the woman to violate Islamic law, such as drinking Alcohol, bound to wear western dress etc.
