Cool Career Help !

I dont know if this is the right section to post to but I want a career advice.
Here's my story briefed for you, I did O Levels in 2011, normal grades. 8 passes. Started A Levels and was unsuccessful, got a B in Urdu and after retaking twice was again unsuccessful, too lazy, not paying attention, I dont blame anyone but me. Anyways, after realizing what is wrong with me and the fact that my friends were starting their 3rd semester and here I was with incomplete A Levels so I decided to go abroad and start somewhere with foundation course, my father agreed. After 6 months he changed his mind (Various Family Problems), I, then decided to go for LLB Foundation, The University Of London programme that is being teached at TILS, PCL, UCL etc. Again, made a stupid mistake, went to TILS for admission they told me admissions for London programme ended yesterday, my lack of concentration resulted in this. Well, next month I started ACCA Foundation Diploma and concentrated on it, attendance was above 80 percent and got good grades, not the best but acceptable. Now here's the main issue, my father retired as a 18th grade officer in Pakistan Customs department and he has been always the kind of mentor to me, and honestly so far I have let him down, I always see myself as a government officer in the future, I want to be just like my Dad, I want to further rank up his name in the department. So well, ACCA has limited to Accounting which I have never studied before, it is conceptual but I am not thinking about quitting it as I cannot quit after so much time wasted, I must stick to something. Umm lets cut to the chase, here's my question, after ACCA can One enter the field of Customs or Excise? Will ACCA help me in future because Yes I want to be in Customs and I will. So help me out here guys, what should I do? A part of me always wanted to be in the 'Legal' Side. But I am afraid I might fail at that too. Help me here please, I am so worried about my career here. I mean, accounting and customs, are so not relate-able, am I wrong?

its not necessary that after completion of your education you will join custom. there are a lot of other organizations where they welcomed to ACCA holders. you can join a multi national companies in dubai as well as in USA
