Issue in Date of Birth.

dear friends my DOB on CNIC is 15-12-1991 which is correct DOB but DOB on metric Certificate is 15-12-1992. i try two times to make correction on Metric Certificate but both time they reject my case because the DOB in union council is written on register and the page of this register is change. after that i try to change my CNIC date of Birth but NADRA says that the diffrence between the DOB is only 5 month if i change my CNIC DOB acording to MATRIC certificate.. any one please help me to solve this issue.. i am too much upset due to this..

We had the same problem with my brother.They changed it from 1998 to 1994.
I was born in 1994 and they made his april 1994.
We made the complain
.And after thorough checking of my certificate they changed his to 1994.
It took a year but finally..it happened

According to the CSS rules government servants are eligible to appear in CSS till the age of 30, those who have two years experience in government service right.

So if a man's date of birth is 19-01-1987
He joins government service in October 2012
Completes probation period after a year
Is he eligible to appear in CSS 2017. ????

My DOB in birth certificate/B form/ Cnic is 19/06/1994 but my DOB in matric certificate is 16/06/1994. Will it be acceptable ?
