Job Selection B/w IESCO AND NESCOM BPS17 both

Alhamdulilah I got offer letter in pay scale BPS 17 in both the organizations. Now I am confused. Your valuable suggestions can help me in deciding which one to choose.

I will prefer NESCOM over IESCO. Based on the following:

*Special Pay Scale (higher than anyother BPS-17)
*Timely promotions not like a federal department where the promotion dues for unknown years
*If you are an engineer, there would a lot of learning plus training oppurtunities

IESCO should be preferred over NESCOM on the following reasons .

little in terms of job satisfaction
lot of restrictions
no social life
hell on earth with the clearances needed.

I donot work in both organizations.

my opinion IESCO is far better choice due to restriction free life. NESCOM only benefit is spacial pay scale (slightly better then IESCO ) with huge restrictions.

Ahan okay.
But i have seen a lot a pressure for sdo in iesco. specially in summers and the lower staff is most nu-cooperative also.
The only thing buzzing me is the restrictions in nescom and clearance issues. else i would have gone without thinking there

NESCOM is better in terms of job satisfaction, learning and getting the higher scales soon.
If you are interested in officery and office politics then join IESCO.

little job satisfaction in NESCOM.
percent position will have a chance to of higher scale soon not on contract .
For officery IESCO is better choise

I dont need officery thing. I have to be answeralble to god too.
