Dear kisbest, first of all congrats on your pre-selection. secondly, thanks for your kind words.

Now, coming towards your question. For interview you should pursue the following pattern:

1. Introduction

2. Family background

3. knowledge about the job applied for and your interest in it

4. Thorough knowledge about last attained degree

5. Current affairs

6. Islamiat (dua-e-qunoot, kalimas etc)

Besides, you should give mock interviews to your friends. Speak loudly in front of mirror. Try to conversate more and more in English.

A bit explanation for your convenience :

Your introduction should be relevant and to the point. Avoid beating about the bush. Start with your name, father name, his occupation, your area, education from matric onwards, job (if doing) and conclude it logically.

you should have complete knowledge about your family. Brothers sisters their education, occupation etc

You should have at least some if not thorough knowledge about the job you applied for i.e., why you have decided to join railways? what are loopholes in this department? suggestions for improvement? about railway stations etc etc

Similary, you should have strong command over last attained degree and current affairs. You should make your opinion about the important issues. Try to be optimistic. Don't try to censure any particular party or personality by name. Just talk across the board.

About islamiat, you should have some knowledge about the basics. i.e., kalimas, namaz, wazoo etc.

If you reside in islamabad, you can visit my academy as well for further guidance. Stay bless and best of luck.

Thank you so much for such a detailed reply,it would really be useful for me but in your reply there are some points I want to be clear about like how should I conclude logically? Further I don't live in Islamabad rather I live far away in KP but if I know your academy name and address I would be lucky to see you for detailed guidance.

By concluding it logically i mean to say that in the last sentence of the intro give a hint about its conclusion. don't leave it incomplete.

dear, I am running BRITISH COACHING ACAEDMY (in collaboration with Avon International) located in Islamabad near chakshehzad (comsat university).
