This question is only for those who were raised in rural areas. Do you blame your parents for upbringing you in a remote rural area. Especially If parents were able and had resources to raise you in a big city. Because the children whose rearing is in rural areas have many shortcomings. For example, they lag behind in education because of non availability of quality education. They are socially awkward. And much more things.

If the parents had the means to move to a city for the sake of their children, then yes, it's the parents' fault.

You can blame a whole plethora of your issues/short-comings on parents, but once you realize why they did what they did, you'll learn to see that they (often) did the best they could for you.

There are exceptions of course, but in general, this would stand true.
