Respected Members,

i am working in a re-known Federal Institution for years, but I am de-motivated due to the rude attitude of officers towards lower staff. Sorry if any officer reading this post, but is is true. However, we are strictly guided to follow office timing for coming to office, but we are also strictly guided to not to leave the office on time, because our respected officers are sitting in office. Yes, i will stay at office after off-timings, but if there is reason for it, if any officer is not permitting any staff just because he is sitting, is non-professional act. We are Muslims, and we shouldn't be involved in creating hurdles for other Muslim. If we raise our voice against it, the seniors officials get personal and they start taking revenge via other tasks. Kindly, can anyone help me regarding this.
