Salam,
1. Yes CFA is the pinnacle of finance career. It is to be comparable with Ivy League university MBA Finance. Starting salary is around 1 lac+ in Pakistan and getting a job is not an issue around the globe and best career in Pakistan as well.

2. If you do BBA and/or from LUMS, Lahore or IBA, Karachi you will easily be recruited as Managment Trainee Office with 80k+ salary.

3. CA takes more time and is very hard to pass, MBA is comparably easy. Try to do it in Finance. Most of public sector jobs are for MBA Finance. Again IBA, Karachi & LUMS Lahore are best. They have plenty of scholarship programs. IBA, Karachi in particular ensures that no selected student is deprived of qualification if fundings are insufficient. They also have Phd scholarship programs, in which if you are admitted to one of the top 100 business schools IBA, Karachi will sponsor entire Phd program.

you can apply for CFA, once you cleared 3rd year of BBA or B.Com.

as for the second question,
BBA and MBA,
Bcom and Mcom.
BBA and CFA

The final choice is yours. I have done BBA and didn't want to do MBA and my Scholarships application for CFA is rejected yesterday.
