I was shopping in Jans Arcade Peshawar. I saw a young person along with police man checking expiry dates on different items and expecting everything. That was the first time a saw Osama Waraich. After few minutes this young officer sealed one of the big shopping mall of Peshawar. He was an honest and brave officer. He was a great Administrator ever in history of Peshawar. He served as Additional Deputy Commissioner Peshawar. He headed anti encroachment operation in Peshawar and achieved the goal. Our province KPK has lost such an energetic and phenomenal administrator. May his departed soul along with other passengers rest in peace..........
