Angry Pakistan Police,FIA Rights over its Citizens

I wanted to ask a question to the people who have knowledge of Law.

Can Pakistan Police (more generally Pakistan Police, FIA, ANF etc) has a right to beat up any Pakistani Citizen in Pakistan upon wrong doing ?

(This Question is asked in the wake of a recent incident on Rawalpindi Airport to a Norwegian Family who was beaten up my FIA ) .

Please educate us !

Before following the due process they, sometimes, let their frustration out on people. As you might have seen the viral video wherein a family being beaten up by the FIA women.

Default Hell no

You cannot beat someone, yes you can arrest them use force if they are a threat to other people. But you cant just beat them in the middle of an airport. Now lets talk about this region. People of this region are full of hunger and anger. When one gets a good job he will try to prove to every one he is better than them and you should respect him. One who gets a job with lots of money will try his level best to make more. I dont think that people in this region have any dignity or respect.

Imagine the arrogance of someone in BS-19-20 scale, when someone with as low a scale as junior constable BS-3 or BS-4 has the audacity to behave in the way she did towards the public. The system is rotten to the core.

My bad. According to new complete video, the women beaten kept behaving pretty rude for an extended period of time while the officers kept trying to diffuse the situation. They were unduly(apparently) provoking lady constables and FIA officers. STILL, the situation shouldn't have reached the point it did. Now, Allah knows better who provoked whom. There are different versions about this and there is no voice in video.

Those lady constables are no less than their male counterparts. I don't know why those who put on uniform(excluding armed forces personnel) love inflicting violence on others and think of it as an only solution to diffuse any kind of situation.
