Default Issue Regarding Date of Birth

Assalamu Alaikum everyone!

I hope everyone is doing fine.

I've created this thread to discuss and get some help about the matter of my Date of Birth. Please understand the whole issue before replying me.

I am a resident of Rawalpindi and born in Faisalabad. At the time of birth, the hospital recorded my D.O.B as 9-Nov-1990 in Hospital Certificate which is my real D.O.B. But after that, it was mistakenly recorded as 14-Nov-1990 on UC Council parchi as that time there were no real Birth Certificates.

Later on, when I admitted into school in Rawalpindi, the school clerk recorded 17-Nov-1990 instead of 14-Nov-1990 which is also wrong because they mistakenly recorded the date at which my D.O.B was officially entered in Union Council not the real D.O.B. So as of now, my Matric certificate has 17-Nov-1990 due to incorrect school record and CNIC has 14-Nov-1990 due to incorrect Union Council parchi. Both aren't my real D.O.B.

I want 9-Nov-1990 on my CNIC and Matric certificate as this was my real D.O.B which can be proved by Hospital Certificate.

I was wondering if i apply for a Birth Certificate now with the proof of Hospital Card then Can i will be able to change the dates on CNIC and Matric certificate too?

Or other solution i can think of is that i ditch the Union Council parchi as it's irrelevant now a days and just correct D.O.B on my CNIC by showing Matric certificate that way D.O.B will be same both on CNIC and Matric certificate. NADRA do it easily as i have inquired it already. But at the same time, i am worried about that what if i need a Birth Certificate in the future.

So please advise me a better solution. I will be waiting for your replies anxiously. Thank you.

P.S. Personal experiences regarding this are also appreciated. Thank you.

Cheers,
