Walaikumsalam!

-In which field have you done Engineering?
-Start practicing English by reading, writing, listening, thinking, Dawn, The Nation, English Movies etc. (i am also not very good in English but still breathing in the world, Alhamdulilah )
-I think you can start MS & CSS preparation, together.
-What method are you using for job/internship hunting? Are you sure about the accuracy of Resume & Cover letter?
-Australia? Think & discuss 100 times before taking any decision.

CSS is good, along with its preparation, concentrate on your professional advancement as well. You can start searching and make a list of companies/organizations relevant to your field then apply via companies' websites or give cold calls to their helpline numbers for the internship/job. Also, you are required to polish your resume. (i can help you to draft a perfect resume)

Will you carry on your studies in the same field of engineering there? If yes, good and if you are planning to continue your studies in any irrelevant course (Social Sciences, Gender Studies etc.) and serve as Security Guard there, not a wise futuristic decision. Please, try to avoid net language i.e. czn, nd etc. in order to enhance your English skills.

You have 8 years long time span that you can use to prepare yourself for CSS exam along with study or job. Firstly, you ought to decide that what you really want/need to do right now. I mean, you want to do job or pursue higher education. If you want to study further then try to go abroad if you could manage to do so, or if you want to do job here then try to look for it seriously because time is the most precious thing of all and one should not waste it, so just be serious and figure out what you really want to do. And as far as CSS is concerned, you can prepare for it along with job or study because you have enough time ahead.

For improving English language, just ignite the passion that you have to improve it no matter what. I suggest you to learn it daily whether you spend as less as 20 minutes on it. Make a daily habit of reading newspaper, improving grammar, and practicing it daily by writing on anything random.
