Default I am having absence seizures
since I have started studying alot and I am engrossed in books mostly. I am starting to have alot of absence seizures. I do not even know if this is due to studying or not. But it has started recently. How can I rectify this?

Use Ritalin or aderall a.k.a the study drug. Google it. However, not available without a doctor's prescription.
