Domicile Issue-Same province, different district from CNIC permanent address.
 

Hello, everyone.

Apologies if the question seems well beaten on these forums, but there are a few complications in my case so I would appreciate the advice.

My domicile was made in haste by my father for my admission in Intermediate in the district where we reside and where my father owns a little property (lets call it District A). [B]However, my permanent address (first in Form-B, then CNIC) is of another district (District B) in the same province (in fact also the same zone).[/B] That's the district of my father's domicile as well as some inherited property.

As evident, the first problem is that my domicile district is different than my father's, without an NOC from District B. Furthermore my permanent address and domicile districts don't match. [B]What complicates the issue is that the District A domicile has been used for admission into a college for HSSC, a university and then service in an autonomous government body. However being the same province, it wouldn't have affected the admission/appointment in any of these three places as the quotas were based on province, that also in just one place.[/B]

I've now come to know that it was wrong to make my domicile from District A without an NOC from District B. Furthermore, it seems that I am in a dangerous position as it doesn't match my permanent address' district and a simple complaint against me can create serious problems in my current service.

So my questions are,

1) Is it legally possible to surrender my domicile from Distt A and apply for another in Distt B? What would the procedure be for this?
2) If it is possible, would there be serious consequences when I register this change with my current employer, despite the fact it wouldn't have mattered as far as quotas were concerned at the time of induction? What happens when I resign from here and apply for another government job in the future?
3) Would changing my permanent address with NADRA and my CNIC to Distt A (my domicile district) be okay, given it seems easier to do? If so, would changing domicile district be better or the permanent address, given that the inherited property is in the perma address district?

I would really appreciate it if you are knowledgeable about the issue and respond to these questions.
