I am wondering what are job responsibilities of system analyst BS-17
What are the facilities he/she will be enjoyuing
Basic pay? and allowances?
Possible job location?
job nature? (contract, permanent, or regular)
transfer possible or not? after hiring

If anyone can give:
comparison between BS-16 SSE (educatio department) and system analyst BS-17.
