Help concerning passport issue

Hi people,

I am a civil servant, I need to renew my passport. However, I don't want a government passport because I will resign from my service in the next month because of studies abroad; my previous passport is also private. Thus, does anybody know if I request a private passport, can authorities find out about my government service during renewal.?

I think that they couldn't do that even wth government pasport
