Is banana good for eyes?
Eating a banana daily is likely to boost eye health and prevent vision-related diseases, a study has found. It is one sided picture you got, what you wrote is absolutely true but it is healthy as long as your are healthy and taking balanced diet and nutrition. But anyone suffering from Diabetes, lung disorders and Hypercholesterolemia will find banana's effects otherwise.
Every natural fruit and vegetable is healthy until you have destroyed your health before taking them. If you have workout of 12 minutes per day,90min's walk per day then natural fruits and vegetables with desired quantity regarding your BMI will never harm you. Firstly,if you have any of above disorders don't use such stuff for yourself without consulting a nutrition specialist and medical faculty. Secondly certain bacteria's effect vision and functions of eye and banana has nothing to do with curing from any such disorders. Deepest Regard's |
