Default Biased standard of education in Pakistan
If you get a degree from any government college/university, you will most likely get a third division or second division/ low CGPA. On the other hand if you get the same degree from a private degree awarding institution, you will most likely get a high first division/ high CGPA. Why?

You are totally misunderstood. There's nothing like it. It depends on the university from where you are studying.
