Actually, meaning of "pyara hai" can be construed in two different senses:

1) Pyara hai = is beautiful
2) Pyara hai = is dear

In first sense: Deer, though beautiful, is expensive.
In second sense: Deer, though dear, is expensive.

Do let me know if you find any error in the above statement.
