There is a Hakim in Rawalpindi whose name is Hakim Fazal Ahmed Qaiser
An article in Dawn Newspaper by Dr Saleem Bukhari (31st May Images Section page 7) speaks about the effectiveness of his medicine in treating Hepatitis C but does not provide the contact details. I have emailed the editor of Dawn seeking help in this matter if there is a reply I'll add the details here.

Actually I was a little astonished to see that article in Dawn, the writer was himself a doctor. He writes in the article "On subsequent analysis of the RT-PCR based results and review of literature I found the formulation working wondrously well"

Although the reply is late but I am posting here for the record. The Hakeem mentioned in the article has died. But there is a "Dawakhana" being run in his name. You should try that...
