Diffrence between cabinate minister and state minister
 

[B][U]Cabinet Minister[/U][/B] - Senior minister in-charge of a ministry. A Cabinet minister may also hold additional charges of other Ministries, where no other Cabinet minister is appointed.

[B][U]Minister of State (MoS) [/U][/B]- junior minister with an overseeing Cabinet Minister, usually tasked with a specific responsibility in that ministry. For instance, an MoS in the Finance Ministry may only handle Taxation.

State Minister attached with Federal Minister in a subordination rule. The cause behind this is to accommodate maximum MNAs in the rule of minister, just to make them pleased and keep their loyalties intact on the cost of public money.

i heard that arabic and persian have to attempt in respective languge.
is it true?
