Story of Mrs. Angela - reply with your comments.
Mrs. Angela was working in firm as a junior computer operator. She was elevated to the post of senior computer operator due to her hard work and devotion to duties. The firm had a unique style – at the end of the year, management of the firm had to announce best employee of the year by giving special bonus and reward.
Mrs. Angela was going smooth and her activity was better as compare to other employees. Her performance was above all for eleven months. Suddenly, Mrs. Angela aroused difference from the management due to some misunderstanding. She was forced to resign from the office and she was denied to get the bonus and privilege as employee of the year. She worked for 11 months wholeheartedly but on the eve of getting rewards she was denied to get her rights as she was above all in performance throughout the year. The honor of best employee was given to the beloved secretary of boss and by diplomatically removing Mrs. Angela from the office. Now here a question arises – whether morally and legally she still deserve to be declared as employee of the year along with privileges of not ? Please reply in Yes or No with your comments. YES. She deserves it.
But decisions all over da world rests wid Mgmt (consider good or bad). She also remembers dat she was fired on misunderstandings. So clarification of misunderstanding should be sought out by her before da stipulated time of award announcing. however she has some right but...wat can b done now.......... lakeer peetnay ka koi faida nahi....

no ,she has not completed the year and she was just an employee
this is the real world,mrs. angela has to move on. morally boss may have done wrong with her,but in real world boss is always right. she has to admit it and look for another job. fixation to this situation will depress her.

Here is a contradiction between first and last paragraph of the story. In first paragraph "It is the policy of the firm to award best employee of the year" and in last "it shows favouritism".
It was her right if firm followed its policy. But where nepotism exists |
