Default Story of Mrs. Angela - reply with your comments.

Mrs. Angela was working in firm as a junior computer operator. She was elevated to the post of senior computer operator due to her hard work and devotion to duties. The firm had a unique style – at the end of the year, management of the firm had to announce best employee of the year by giving special bonus and reward.

Mrs. Angela was going smooth and her activity was better as compare to other employees. Her performance was above all for eleven months. Suddenly, Mrs. Angela aroused difference from the management due to some misunderstanding.

She was forced to resign from the office and she was denied to get the bonus and privilege as employee of the year. She worked for 11 months wholeheartedly but on the eve of getting rewards she was denied to get her rights as she was above all in performance throughout the year.

The honor of best employee was given to the beloved secretary of boss and by diplomatically removing Mrs. Angela from the office. Now here a question arises – whether morally and legally she still deserve to be declared as employee of the year along with privileges of not ?

Undoubtedly,she still deserves to be declared as best employee of the year and all the pribileges must be given to her because she worked for the betterment of the firm not for her own sake.

Moreover,despotism and cronyism are common factors in all institutions through this injustice is done with honest employees.

The example of A,Q khan is laying front of us,What we did him?
Today we all are secured and having a sovereign country due to nuclear weapons which were made by him.Inspite of giving him reward for what he had done for pakistan,our leaders put him as house arrest for the long time.
Anyhow,deserving people must be given their due rights which certainly boost them to work more and it is in favour of firms propsperity.

Mrs Angela has not completed the full year, so legally she does not deserve the award.

YES. She deserves it.

But decisions all over da world rests wid Mgmt (consider good or bad). She also remembers dat she was fired on misunderstandings.

So clarification of misunderstanding should be sought out by her before da stipulated time of award announcing. however she has some right but...wat can b done now.......... lakeer peetnay ka koi faida nahi....

no ,she has not completed the year and she was just an employee
this is the real world,mrs. angela has to move on.
morally boss may have done wrong with her,but in real world boss is always right.
she has to admit it and look for another job.
fixation to this situation will depress her.

Mrs. Angela made a breach of Discipline of the firm.she was an employee not owner of the firm.differences between her and management meant that she crossed her limits.If i were the boss,i would have not only deprived her of award and bonus but also fired her straight away.no compromise on discipline.

No dear, actually boss of the firm wanted to facilitate his secretary Miss. Monika Myra. That was the reason that boss expelled Mrs. Angela from her post and ultimately declared Miss. Monika Myra best employee of the year. Just for the gratification of ill-soul of the boss, he resorted to immoral acts by expelling innocent Angela from the firm and depriving her from all legitimate rights.

Here is a contradiction between first and last paragraph of the story. In first paragraph "It is the policy of the firm to award best employee of the year" and in last "it shows favouritism".

It was her right if firm followed its policy. But where nepotism exists
