Women also 'ogle': Sometimes, yes if they really 'fancy' a man
Men 'ogle': Most of the time true

Reason: Thats just the way it is, I mean natural. I have been around the world and it is like this at most of the places.

Women use makeup before going out: True most of the time
Men dress up before going out: True, but not to the extent women do

Reason: Women are more appearance conscious and note even the minor details of others irrespective of gender.

Women react: by shying away if they like a guy or by being angry if they dont (sometimes they stare back at you if they are bold, only rarely)
Men react: most of the times by staring back

Reason: Men are naturally bolder than women

Women think that Hijab will protect them from ogling
Men ogle even the Hijabi girls

Reason: In Egypt, sexual harassment is very common even though Hijab is prevalent. In reality, Hijab is the symbol that a girl is not interested in these activities and negates the possibility of any such involvement from her side. Thus, implicitly discouraging the 'ogling' culture

All the Best~

hmmm, I have loong been thinking and analyzing the causes (having interest in psychology and social psychology), factors and results of such differences of behaviour among boys and girls, reached some strong conclusions about a year ago. The problem is I can't share it because to me that would be more bold and liberal than limits I think I should follow in this forum.
Well I am feeling as somewhere Mantoo (not sure) said. K jab koi afsaana nigaar afsana likh leta to hai to woh doosron ko btaney k liye itna hee betaab hota hai jitna k Murghi Anda dene k ba'd .(not exact wording).
So like a Murghi its hard for me to keep silent but I have to, (Iz'haar bhee mushkil hai chup rahe bhee nahi sakte.......kia kren uff Allah, kuch kahe bhee nahi sakte)

Both genders are commiting this henious act at numerous places
for instances,markets,hospitals and stadium etc.

Moreover,Both genders are equally responsible in this regard.
women by wearing thick clothes, providing a chance of ogling to opposite gender while man instead of ignoring it,taking it as a jolly.

@ crown prince
Koi bhi shareef nahi,
If women are asked for hijab then what is the role of man in islam?

The purpose of Hijab is showing modesty from the women side, but now the fashion designers have also put their feet in this field and some hijabs are more attractice then the latest fashions.
I observed it yesterday when i went to HKB at liberty to take advantage of SALE.
