to me the problem is not these institutions, rather their functioning at certain levels.their existence shows that we hv a good civil society and institutions.but their malfunctioning at times has really been a barrier in not only the development of these institutions itself but also it has affected our country's social and oplitical system badly.

The institution who has ruled the most . . . . . exploited the most . . . . so called defenders of the "ideology" . . . . The one and only "PAK" Army.

In my opinion every institution is responsible for not playing their required role in progress of pakistan but these are major

(1) Politicians

(2) Traders

(3) Police

(4) Bureaucracy

(5) Pak Army

Few individuals of Pak Army have been hinderance in progress of but not organization.

Although all of them are barrier in way of progress but in my view, the institution which create so much problems is:

Politicians

I believe Politicians are responsible because leaders lead the nation. It is all upon them whether make it or mar it!
