A remedy for dengue fever
 

The dengue virus has affected scores of people in Pakistan and many dengue cases have been reported in the press. Recently I received an email from a friend who has discovered that after drinking juice of raw papaya leafs patients of dengue fever recovered meticulously.

Now I would like to share this interesting discovery which has been experienced by my friend.

He says that his friend’s son was in the critical stage at the ICU when his blood platelet count dropped to 15 after 15 litres of blood transfusion.

His father was so worried that he sought another friend’s recommendation and his son was saved. He confessed that he gave his son raw juice of the papaya leaves. After drinking the raw papaya leaf juice his platelet count jumps instantly to 135, from 45 after 20 litres of blood transfusion. Even the doctors and nurses were surprised. After the second day he was discharged. So he asked me to pass this good news around.

Accordingly, two raw papaya leaves are just cleaned, pound and squeezed through filter cloth. Only one tablespoon juice is obtained per leaf. The serving is two tablespoon once a day. The leave should not be boiled or cooked or rinsed with hot water as it will lose its strength and only the leafy part and no stem or sap should be used. It is very bitter but it has to be swallowed like that. But it works.

I have suggested this treatment to my own grandson who has been affected by dengue virus. I can forward the email regarding the said discovery to anyone who is interested.
