Eid ~ Away from Home!

How does it feel spending Eid day away from your family ?

It wouldn't be untrue to assume that many of your might have already experienced it. However, it's going to be my 1st Eid ever spent away from my kith and kin.

I wish all those who are going to celebrate this Eid away from their homes to return home soon. :))

And accept my cordial greetings in advance in case I do not turn up on Eid day.

It is really painful when you are away from home on EIDS. I spent only one eid without family when i was studying in Kasetsart University, Bangkok, Thailand. I was sad all day but the life was going on as usual around me. I attended the classes but my mind was away from lectures and i was thinking of my family, my Lahore, my pakistan. Later on, i made phone call at home and had some comfort of mind. I wish all the lonely hearts a happy Eid as i know it is difficult experience.

It's ineffable. The words just don't come out of your mouth. You feel a lump in your throat. You answer with your eyes when you are asked, 'how does it feel spending this Eid away from home?'. Who said I was not homesick!

Any celebrations without family is really painful...Specially for those who are working abroad. I am working in UAE but my hometown is Lahore. Since last five years I didnt get opportunity to spend eid days with my family, but this time by the grace of Allah Almighty I am in my hometown & gonna celebrate this jubilous festival with my family.....!

I wish all of you a wonderful Eid & also those who are not in their home countries please dont loose your heart we all are with you....

Long Live Pakistanians.....!

it shud not be taken on nerves otherwise it hurts much. EiD is a festival of single day n after offering prayer it losses its charm n it's for children to celebrate, u can disagree.

Yes, it was taken on veins not nerves :pp It's just the matter of heart, while the mind has many other things to think about. :D
