Why its difficult to wait?
ASA !
Whenever I look around, people can't wait for anything, in bus stops, on NADRA officer or in banks. They try to break the queue and get their task done. Now see the CSS 2010 candidates are anxiously waiting for result and they are really suffering and they will till the announcement of result. I just want to ask a question why its difficult to wait whereas in entertainment we spend hours of hours but waiting : really difficult? Why ? |

You discuss a unique problem of society that is now become a part of our life.
Every one for save his time and money want to waste the time and money of other people. and it is a unique social problem. But we can't compare Result waiting Students with Banks and Bus stops. It is really a different nature and I think they should wait eagerly because it is their Right.

It is a behavior towards things, which show self centric approach , thinking that other people are less important then he is. An ill organized behavior which shows selfishness, even not knowing with what is next for to do... It happened while we wait in a queue, waiting for bus, or things like that.
But in case of CSS or any exam we generally become impatience because, we want to move towards our next task. so we can figure out lope holes, mischiefs and how to rectify it an how to improve it become. In general we already know what to do next, a plane in mind, through result we want to measure our self, our capabilities , a well defined attitude make us impatiens.

As a solution, i thought to enjoy it, i.e. waiting. So, i thought that everyone is in hurry and everyone passes waiting time difficultly but i will enjoy this time, as I love to do unique things..!! :P I stopped thinking about the destiny or end point, and started observing things or present and thus i enjoy things while waiting

1 Hour Waiting = 100 normal hours (If not more) SideNote : There are people who are really patient and can play the game of nerves i.e the waiting doesn't get on their nerves, an example from this forum would be Hamza_salick. When the result was about to be declared and members of the forum were posting impatiently asking others to help in letting their result known to them, Hamza made a statement which surprised me by saying "I'll wait when it's uploaded on the web and aram say dekhonga, koi jaldi nahi mujhay" lol .. So yeah, some people are gifted with a virtue of patience while some are not (like me) |
