hello guys...i need a room in lahore for an Year...can someone help in geting a room...any sort of lead could be of great help for me bcz i hardly know any one there so any Flat..or pain guest anything is acceptable but not hostels of low grade...my range is 10 K....thnxx

A good place for single males is "Faisal town Flats" Rooms and small flats available on rent. All facilities like eating places, laundry etc. available there.

It is located in Model Town extension N block on the main road leading to township Akbar chowk. There are many property dealers there who have displayed banners regarding availablity of rooms/flats. You need to contact them personally. Most of the people living there are students, job-seekers. Popularly, this area is called as "center flats"

Central flats as my friend suggested may not suit your taste, although food is available 24 hours, flats are in dreadful conditions, the place is noisy and heavily populated. Your budget 10k can afford you comfortable living in adjoining areas of Central flats. these include Faisal town, Model Town and Johar Town. You can easily reach out the food points afforded by Cental flats if you can arrange a bike. However there is no dearth of food points in Lahore dont worry about that.

Now to guide You there are luxury hostels at Model Town Llink road one of them Raza Hall is behind Hafiz tower. rent is 8k rooms are furnished with double bed AC etc. the second hostel is on the other side of the road behind Dommino Pizza in the street, there are 2 more there. it is a good place there are many facilities and public transport is available there. All CSS acadmemies are easily accesible if you are joining any. you can also join Model Town library which is just 15 minutes walk from here.

In Faisal town A, B, C, And and D block you can easily hire a room. Especially in C and D block where rooms in commercial as well as in residential areas are avilable. Just go and find a property dealer; promise him his commission he will make available a luxury room in few hours. It is very clean and peacefull area. it is the heart of new lahore. Central flats and township is 5 minutes walk from here.

then there is International Market near Central flats where rooms and one bed flats are availble. in its proximity behind Minhaj Ul Quran University there are other small commercial areas where it is easily possible to secure spacious living.

Johar town is also good choice if you have a bike. I would suggest LAL Plaza near Allah Hoo chowk. there are 1 and 2bed flats which will cost 5 for one bed and 7 or 8 for two bed. It is a very peacefull area, resturants are availble lassi milk and tea is all the luxury there and if you have bike central flats is just 5 minutes away. KIPS is jalso five minutes form here.

have a nice stay Lahore is a wonderfull city.
