Need an urgent Mashwara

Aslaam o Alaikum dear all,

I am done with Islamiyat(URDU) book for CSS/PMS Alhamdolilah
Ilmi book walo sy contact hua ha,what they offered are as under:

Lump sum they will pay 100/per page (means if a book contacins 200
pages,i'll get Rs.20,000 bus)
Name mera he chalay ga but copyrights unky pas hngy

if i go for royalty then
15% for every copy, if a book cost 100 rupees then i'll get 15 rupees
per book,a long process but some how better

and if get it publish my self,with own investment,then it costs me
around 150/book
so if we fix its price at 300,and distribute to stockists for Rs.250/book
still we get 100/book
but here we need investment and marketing as well


so which one i should go for?


P.S:

About Book:

I will post the table of content of the book and i am hopful that it will be the best and updated book for CSS/PMS as per need of the day.
(And its in question form,jesy we need to attemt in paper,having atleast 10(ayat,ahadees) reference per question........

The option of royalty is better. In this you can get more profit if more books are sold. Its my personal experience.

But how one can make it sure that publisher is giving you right figures of sale

i don't know whether they would keep the soft copy of your book with them or with you.. if with you then it's safe and then i guess you've got nothing to do with the sale of book instead the publishers will give you your portion of money on basis of how many copies they're publishing. let's say, if they publish 100 copies, they will give you 100x(your portion of share).
besides, there may be some legitimate agreement between author and publisher on number of copies to be printed and sold; on violation of which the publishers could be sued to the court of law.
