ANP celebrated independence day today 15 August 2011. Flag hoisting ceremony was conducted today. What they want to prove?
Is this right to celebrate Independence Day with India?
This is against harmony and unity of country.
1st there was difference of celebrating EID and Ramadan and now we are celebrating Independence Day at different days..

its moderated liberty linked with Musharaf era. every Pakistani has right to think his own way. we are, unfortunately dispersed people having lost ideology of Islam. going far away from Islamic grounds ultimately indicating our distance as an individual from our nation. so the thing is we are crowed not nation, we could be according to dictionary definition but practically we are (0).

Don't you worry about them.Un ki Ganga ulti hi behti hai.
You can not change them.
Just see how many ppl took notice of it.
No matter what our people do or think,it is our quality that we stand united at least against India.Masses will never approve this act.

I agree to the concern shown by Taimoor. Though I am not aware of the fact that ANP did such a thing, but if it is right, then its a matter of grave concern.

phela tu pakistan sirf islami firko main bata tha, phir lasani bunyado per difference aya ha, phir alaqi bunyado (sindhi, punjabi balochi etc ) huwa.........aur ab pakistan ka qayam ki tareekh per iktilaf ho raha ha..........kya kuch bhi ha jis per iktilaf ho sakta ha?..........dosra mulko main loag mil kar masla hal karta ha.........lakin pakistani(qoam aur syasatdan) sirf beth kar ya soachta ha dosra ko necha dikhana ka koan koan sa tareeka ha..........pata nahi mulak ka bara main kab soachian ga?...........64 years ka bad unhain pakistan ki tareekh padish per aitraz ha...........great ho ANP

What is the source of this news as I live in the hub of ANP (Mardan) and I didn't notice any such thing. The CM and and other officials were part of independence day celebrations on 14th august.

PS: Just to clarify that neither I am supportive of ANP nor a fan of their policies.
