Thanx a lot for your encouraging remarks, and I would like to give the answer to your question as well. No one in this world, either a man or a woman is totally free. Men do have some limitations and they should equally understand these restrictions, but may be due to some social factors, they don't bother about their ''limitations''. I think they should be more conscious about these issues, as they play a major role in the family and ultimately in the society. I would like to appreciate you that being a male, you have highlighted this matter.
welcome. Now, I am happy that a healthy discussion has been started on this significant matter.

Yes exactly men have major contribution and they should take care of limitations/moral values etc. and many men do so too. But few sick minds( i mean girls) who talk about gender discrimination raise this point for securing themselves and present this argument that if men are not doing good then women should also not, but I think everyone is responsible for his/her personal character and personal behavior should be independent of what others do. Discussion is ruined by comments like the one given by kjay above. Such points take to discrmination and I personally avoid replying such things.

I strongly agree, after geting Higher Education girls should participate actively for the development of society rather siting back at home...There are many respectable jobs for them...otherwise it ll b useless n yes the wastage of money and time aswel....In that case grduation is enough 2 perform household duties in a better way....

@all I'm in favour of job either one needs it or not ! After taking exam of C.S.S,I spent almost 6 months at home and it was worst feeling to sit idle when I had enough talent to use but at right place. These days I'm doing internship and I'm very satisfied that I'm spending life with a purpose;I share knowledge and I learn everyday and most of all I have social circle to communicate. Yes I'm not in favour of job after marriage if your spouse doesn't allow you or your children get neglect .But if there isn't either of reasons, one should use her talents and energy at a platform which may give her satisfaction but may not overwhelm and over burden her domestic life. Proud to be a lady who can equally contribute for her society as a man does !

but why should we take pain?if we dont need it,then we should not take this load of work.men are supposed to do the task ,they are supposed to be the bread earners ,so let them be...simple....its their social and religious obligation,so stay calm and enjoy life.
