Hello fellows,
I am 1 month short of experience(fpsc has demanded 2 years) does that create any chance of rejection?

you just demand 2 years experience certificate from your employer.I think it will not be much problem.

but I already applied for the post 2ndly i can't demand experiance certificate from my employer u know job security problems

Tip :Get another experience certificate from other place. So that when you add it to old one, your total experience exceeds 2 years.Then, You can make a Representation to FPSC stating that you have forgot to include the 2nd one. Therefore, it may kindly be considered as well.
