How to access my yahoo account??

you have associated any account with your yahoo..Just like i`ve associated my yahoo with gmail and same with yahoo ..I many times underwent such problems but resolved it .

The alternate email wasnt mine..it was of my friend... so is there anyother solution to recover my yahoo id??
