Mobile Courts a road to speedy justice
Recently mobile courts has started working in the adjoin areas of Peshawar High Court to provide justice to the people of the area on their doorstep. It is already working in our neighbor countries like India and Bangladesh.
Give your opinion that how this could be effective to provide justice in a speedy way and achieve its aim for what they are established. |
its very good step toward justice peace .. But may Allah keep this sacred mission safe .
Offcourse it is a good step towards speedy justice. Crime rate in Pakistan has raised to an alarming situation and we urgently need a speedy process to tackle this crime rate. We hope that these mobile courts will In Sha Allah fulfill this purpose.
No doubt it is a positive step . But , i was thinking that what if Taliban blast the vehicle of mobile justice team . Who will give justice to them .:wacko::oo . No offenses :p

This is a great development towards making peace in the remote areas of KPK. I hope other provincial governments will take such measures to enhance the peace process. We should appreciate these kind of steps.
I think, it is a before time step. the law and order situation in KP is not good, the land record and police record is not computerized, the province is facing financial crisis, so in the presence of these barriers it is unwise to initiate this step. First all these barriers should have removed then it should have initiated.
I think we should go with it because we Pakistanis always afraid to take risk that's why are we are making our progress so slowly. We should be speedy now because we have spend 67 years of independence now we should learn how to deal with our problems and to come up with a solution to the problem in hands. Mobile courts will make easy for a person and build confidence of common man on the judicial system. Justice should be done at any cost because if people will not receive justice so what their will be situation like Egypt,Syria etc..
