If Musharaf is facing prosecution then why not the other persons of that time. Why not Ayub, Bhutto, Yahya and Zia ? Were their acts according to the law??????????
What does our constitution says about the Judges who took outh under PCO?

What you are saying is this: Since some criminals are not punished, let's not prosecute/punish any criminal at all. Are you comfortable with this kind of justice?

No not at all I did not mean that he should not be prosecuted. He must be prosecuted but those who helped him doing this and those who acted like him should also be prosecuted proving that Law is Law for everyone.

By the way their is a verdict by supreme court of pakistan in the favor of musharraf during his tenure that he may ammend or make changes to the constitution. Which I in turn mean that he commited no wrong by anouncing emergency as he has been given the authority to do so by SC. You need to search this news out. So keeping this ruling in view. This trial stands null and void. It is just a vendetta movement against musharraf by few goons in the government.
There is a very beautiful analysis done by Javed Chaudhry in one of his shows opening remarks.
Where he has given the Example of turkey where 300 high ranking army officials were convicted and punished. Which included the top brunch of Army, Navy n Air force sentenced for whole life imprisonment.
Watching that video is a must I will share the link if I could find it

What if those who supported him are not being prosecuted? What should we do then?

The verdict was imposed by puppet judiciary because chief justice was already sent home to have a ding dong,so the judiciary who passed on the verdict is unconstitutional in itself, but i agree that Musharraf trial is more about vendetta than about the rule of law,had it been about the later then he should have been tried for his military coup of 99 instead of the so called emergency of the 007

Of course Musharaf should be tried and a verdict should be given even if that includes death penalty. The point of the verdict should be to set a judicial precedence and not to hang him. Then the president should forgive Musharaf to set a high moral ground!!!!

Cool So called War on Terror

Ask those who lost lives of their friends and relatives in the war fought against country's interests. For bringing terror in the country while waging so called War on Terror. For tarnishing image of Pakistan to the world.

For fighting for those who responded only in the times they needed help. United Selfish-men.
