My friends and some seniors have gone for jobs in UAE. So, what I am telling you is related to UAE(including other Arab countries). The procedure is as follows:
1) You need to attest your Matric and Inter docs from your local edu. board.
2) Attest the same docs from IBCC.
3) Attest you higher degrees from HEC.
4) Attest all of your docs from Foreign Office.
5) In the end, only and only attest your highest attained degree from the relevant embassy.
Now, you would think that if, in the end, only higher degree needs to be attested from embassy then why should I attest my Matric and Inter docs. So, the answer is, the embassy(the org. which you told about, i.e., maybe Sasha International) check your Matric and Inter docs first. If they are attested then after this they take your degree only, for attestation, otherwise, they will send you back to attest your Matric and Inter docs.
This was the whole procedure my friends went through, some months ago.

Even he misinformed me by saying nearly 1000 rs will be taken for attestation but websites say 40 dollar for attestation , 60 dollar per document . So what i
s true ? I telephoned to PPS they said they will take 5000/- charges plus embassy has its own charges ..and PPS said the same that 1 week would be taken

Now, there you said that edu. board takes 10 to 15 days. I don't believe this, cause on urgent basis they take only a day. But, urgent verification will require a bit more fee to be submitted. So, I would suggest you to verify them on urgent basis. So, one day for edu. board, 2 to 3 days for IBCC, one more day for HEC verification, FO takes a couple of hours. In the end, embassy's verification might take more than a week. And yes, Sasha takes 4500 to Rs5000 per doc. That's it.

I don't understand this manager. Here in my city some months ago my friend submitted Rs4600 to Sasha for attestation. Ok, go to PPS then, leave Sasha.
Here IBCC takes 3 days, that's why I told you so. I don't think that they would take only 5 minutes, this is Pakistan, you know?
PS: I forgot to tell you one more point about higher degree verification. Before HEC's verification, you also need to verify you higher degree from the University where you had studied. (This is a must to be included point).
