Can anyone guide about the study places in Islamabad? Are there any public libraries, where one can go and study at cool and calm place...

National Library of Pakistan Allama Iqbal Open University Library International Islamic University Library Quaid i Azam University Library or Raziuddin Siddiqi Memorial Library Central Secretariat Library You should visit these and find out which can cater to your needs.
