Best Bank for Foreign Currency Account in Pakistan

I just want to know which is the best bank in pakistan to open foreign currency account, Standard Charteed Bank is a good option but we must have minimum 1 Lakh rupees in our pocket to it FC account in SCB, same amount for HBL foreign currency account. So i want to know is there any bank in pakistan in which we can open a foreign currency account with less money ???

In ABL u can open FC a/c in any currency with minimum 100 amount. But there's deduction if monthly balance is less than 500..
