Fpsc is really a dead organization, they neither respond any email nor attend calls.

FPSC is a fair organization which clears student on merit basis. About the unresponsiveness, I am not sure. Maybe you should call them up. FPSC is a very professional organization. FPSC should have a fast-track functioning though, results are announced very later than the time set by the Establishment Division in this respect.
