Jo rait per tanhaa beitha hai
Na is ke pait men roti hai
Na is ke tann pr kapra hai
Na is ke sar per topi hai
Na is ke pair men joota hai
Na is ke paas khilaunon mein
Koi bhaalu ha koi ghoora hai
Na is ka jee behlaney ko
Koi loree ha, koi jhula hai
Na is ki jeb men dehla hai
Na is ke haath men paisa hai
Na is ke ammi abbu hain
Na is ki aapa khala hai

Ye saare jag men tanha hai
Ye bacha kesa bacha hai

Ye sahra keisa sehra hai
Na is sahra men badal hain
Na is sahra men barkha hai
Na is sahra men baali hai
Na is sahra men khoo’sha hai
Na is sahra men sabza hai
Na is sahra men saaya hai
Ye sahra bhuk ka sehra hai
Ye sahra mout ka sehra hai

Ye bacha kesey beitha hai
Ye bacha kab se beitha hai
Ye bacha kya kuch puchhta hai
Ye duniya kesi duniya hai
Ye duniya kis ki duniya hai

Is dunya ke kuch tukroon main
Kahin phool khiley kahin sabza hai
Kahin baadal ghir ghir aatey hain
Kahin chashma hai, kehin darya hai
Kahin oonchey mahl atariyaan hain
Kahin mehfil ha, kahin mela hai
Kahin kapron ke bazaar sajey
Ye resham ha, ye diiba hai
Kahin ghallay ke ambar lagye
Kahin gehoon dhaan muhayaa hai
Kahin doulat ke sanduq bharey
Haan taanba, sona , rupyaa hai
Tum jo mango so hazir hai
Tum jo chaho wo milta hai

Is bhuuk ke dukh ki duniya men
Ye kesa sukh ka sapna hai
Wo kis dharti ke tukrey hain
Ye kis duniya ka hissa hai

Hum jis adam ke baitey hain
Ye us adam ka beita hai
Ye adam aik hi adam hai
Wo gora ha ya kaala hai
Ye dharti aik hi dharti ha
Ye duniya aik hi duniya hai
Sab ik daata ke bandey hain
Sab bandon ka ik daata hai
Kuch purab pachchham fark nahin
Is dharti par haqq sab ka hai

Ye tanha bacha be-chara
Ye bacha jo yahan beitha hai

Is bachey ki kahin bhook mitey
(Kya mushkil ha, ho sakta hai)
Is bachey ko kahin doodh miley
(Haan doodh yahan behteraa hai)
Is bache ka koi tann dhankey
(Kya kapron ka yahan torra hai?)
Is bache ko koi godh men ley
(Insan ju ab tak zinda hai)

Phir dekhiye keisa bacha hai
Ye kitna pyara bacha hai

Is jag mein sab kuch sab ka hai
Jo rabb ka hai wo sab ka hai
Sab apney hein koee ghair nahi
Har cheez mein sab ka saajha hai
Jo barrtaa ha jo ugtaa hai
Wo daana ha yaa mewa hai
Jo kapra ha jo kambal hai
Jo chandi ha jo sona hai
Wo sara ha iis bachey ka
Jo tera hai jo mera hai

Ye bacha kis ka bacha hai
Ye bacha sab ka bacha hai
