لا کر اپنے حُجرے میں
کہا اک پِیر نے مجھ سے
کہو، کس بات کا غم ہے
مِری آنکھوں سے غمِ دریا
کچھ ایسے پھوٹ کر نکلا
کلیجہ پھٹ پڑا میرا
کہا کہ تیرے سینے سے
بلا ئیں آن چمٹی ہیں
محبت بے بہا دےکر
ملا نہ کچھ تجھے اب تک
میرا تعویذ لے جا تُو
بہت گہرا اثر ہو گا
ترے جو نہ ہوئے اب تک
تری تسبیح کریں گے وہ
تجھے اپنا بنا لیں گے
ذرا سا دیر سوچا پھر
جھکائے سر چلا آیا
محبت بھیک ہے کوئی؟
کہ در در مانگنے جاؤں
جنھیں میری محبت بھی
مرے اطراف نہ لائے
انہیں تعویذ لائیں گے؟
محبت سے بڑا طلسم
محبت سے بڑا جادو
نہیں ہے کوئی دھرتی پہ
محبت سے یہ ہیں آگے؟
ذرا سوچو بھلا ایسے بھی ممکن ہے؟
