Ik hunar hai jo kar gaya hoon main,
Sab ke dil se utar gaya hoon main,

Kese apni hansi ko zabt karoon,
Sun raha hoon ke ghar gaya hoon main,

Kya bataon ke mar nahin pata,
Jeete-jee jab se mar gaya hoon main,

Ab hai bas apna samna darpesh,
Har kisi se guzar gaya hoon main,

Wohi naz-o-ada wohi ghamze,
Sar-ba-sar aap par gaya hoon main,

Ajab ilzam hoon zamane ka,
Ke yahan sab ke sar gaya hoon main,

Kabhi khud tak pohanch nahin paya,
Jab ke vaan umar bhar gaya hoon main,

Tum se janan mila hoon jis din se,
Be-tarah khud se dar gaya hoon main,

Ku-e-janan main shor barpa hai,
Ki achanak sudhar gaya hoon main..
