Default علم لے کر چلے تب حیدرِ کرّار خیبر میں
Today is the day of victory of Khyber (near Madina)

The victory in the battle of Khyber was a turning point in the history of Islam.
It was very hard earned victory as muslim's constant effort for 39 days was fruitless. Prophet Muhammad (saw) then called Hz.Ali and handed over the Flag to him. It was under the Command of Hz.Ali that Khyber was captured and the gigantic gate of Khyber was uprooted by Hz.Ali by the grace of Allah .

بہت سے سورما جب ہو گئے لاچار خیبر میں
علم لے کر چلے تب حیدرِ کرّار خیبر میں

کھلونے کی طرح اک ہاتھ سے پکڑا تھا حیدر نے
وہ در جو کھولتے تھے مل کے کچھ کفّار خیبر میں

تھے جنکی نسل میں مومن انہیں وہ چھوڑ دیتی تھی
علی کے ہاتھ سے چلتی تھی جب تلوار خیبر میں

علم دوں گا اسے اللہ جسے محبوب رکھتا ہے
قصیدہ پڑھ رہے تھے یوں مرے سرکار خیبر میں

أحد بھی بدر بھی خندق بھی پیشِ مصطفیٰ ٹھہری
بنے یوں ہی نہیں حیدر سپہ سالار خیبر میں

علی ہر جنگ میں میدان کیسے مار لیتے ہیں
اسی الجھن میں تھے کچھ کاغذی جرّار خیبر میں

علی کی چشمِ آشوباں نے اک موقع دیا جنکو
جری بن کر گئے پر ہو گئے فرّار خیبر میں

کئے مرحب کے دو ٹکڑے فقط اک وار میں جس دم
تو گویا توڑ دی اک آہنی دیوار خیبر میں

جواں ہونے لگیں پسپا امیدیں ڈوبتی نبضیں
علم لے کر چلے جب حیدرِ کرّار خیبر میں

نہ اب ایڑی پہ یوں اچکو نہ پنجوں کا سہارا لو
دکھائی کیوں نہ اب تک قوّتِ یلغار خیبر میں

　کسی کا یا علی کہنا کوئی بدعت نہیں شارب
وگرنہ پڑھتے کیوں نادِ علی سرکار خیبر میں
