Meri Zindagi Main [Iftikhar Arif]

Meri zindagi main bas ik kitab hai,ik charagh hai
ik khwab hai aur tum ho
yeh kitab o khwab ke darmyan jo manzilain hain,main chahta hun
tumhare saath basar karun
yahi kul asasa-e-zindagi hai,isi ko zaad-e-safar karun
kisi aur simt nazar karun to meri dua main asar na ho
mere dil ke jaada-e-khush khabr per bajuz tumhare
kabhi kisi ka guzar na ho
magar is tarha ke tumhe bhi is ki khabar na ho
isi ehtyat main sari umr guzar gai
woh jo aarzu thi,kitab-o-khwab ke saath
tum bhi shareek ho,wohi mar gai
isi kashmakash ne kai sawal uthaye hain
woh sawal jin ka jawab meri kitab main hai na khwab main
mere dil ke jaada-e-khush khabr ke rafeeq!
tum hi bataao ke yeh kaarobaar-e-hayat kis ke hisaab main
meri zindagi main bus ik kitab hai,ik charagh hai
ik khwab hai aur tum ho.
