Milkar poochna hai
Kya tumhein mujh se muhabbat hai
Yeh farsooda sa jumla hai
Magar phir bhi yeh jumla
Dareechoon, Aanganoon, Sarkoon, Gali kochoon mein, Chaubaroon mein
Chaubaroon ki tooti seerhiyon main
Har jaga koi kisi se keh raha hai
Kya tumhein mujh se muhabbat hai
Muhabbat diary hargiz nahee hai
Jis mein tum likho
Tumhein kis wakt, kis jagha, kis se milna hai, kis ko chor jaana hai
Kahaan per kis tarha ki guftugoo karni hai ya khamoosh rehna hai
Kis ke saath kitni door tak jaaana hai aur phir kab lout aana hai
Kahaan aankhein milaana hai kahaan palkein jhukaana hain
Ya yeh likho ke ab ki baar jab woh milne ayega
Tu us ka haath apne haath mein lekar
Dhanak chehray pe roshan jagmagati raqs karti uski aankhoon mein uttar jeyenge
Aur phir gulshan-o-sehra ke beecho beech dil ki saltanat mein khaak uraayenge
Bohut mumkin hai woh ujlat mein aaye
Aur tum us ka haath haathoon mein na le paoo
Na aankhoon hi mein jhaankoo, aur na dil ki saltanat ko fatah kar paoo
Jahaaan per guftugoo karni hai, tum khamoosh hojao
Jahaan khamosh rehna hai, wahaan tum bolte jaoo
Naee kapre pehan kar ghar se niklo, mailay hojao
Koi khushboo lagane ka iraada ho, tu sheeshi haath se gir jaye
Tum weeran hojao
Safar karne se pehle, be sarr-o-samaan hojao
Muhabbat diary hargiz nahee hai, aab joo hai
Jo diloon ke darmeyaan behti hai, khushboo hai
Kabhi palkoo pe lehraee, Tu aankhein hansne lagti hain
Jo aankhon mein uttar jaye tu Manzar aur pas manzar mein Shamaein jalne lagti hain
Kisi bhi rang ko choo lo
Wohi dil ko gawaara hai
Kisi mitti mein ghul jaye
Wohi mitti sitaara hai
Muhabbat diary hargiz nahee hai.
