Mein Safar mein tha kisi Dasht key, mujhe Zindagi nay bujha diya

Wo ju kuch Haseen sey Khawab thay , meray Ansoo'un main he Ghul gaye
Ju Chamak the meri Nigah mein, usay aik Nami nay bujha diya

Yeh Dhuwan Dhuwan ju Khayal hain, issi Baat ki tu Dalil hain
Koi Aag mujh mein Zaroor thi, jisay Bay-Hissi nay bujha diya

MerayWusatounki Hadon talak,meri Dharkan'un he ka Shor hai
Meray Gird itni Sadain thein , unhain Khamshi nay bujha diya

Kahan Khatam hai mujhay kya pata, meri Kashmakash ka ye Silsala
Mein Charagh ban key Jala he tha, mujhay phir kisi nay bujha diya

Wo ju aik Safar ka Junoon tha, wo ju Manzil'un ki Talash thi
Ju Tarap thi muhj mein Kahn gi ,mujhay kisi Kami nay bujha diya

Wo hua tha Raat ju Hadsa , mujhay shayad itna he Yaad hai
Koi Jugnu'un ki Qataar the, jisay Roshni nay bujha diya
