Dostoevsky: god of literature

That might be blasphemy, but believe me,read Dostoyevsky and you will be forced to delete words like blasphemy from your long term memory.I call it Dostoyevsky effect.
In our age google is the solution to almost everything.Google it.write, best works ever in literature. Then see yourself, does google also consider Dostoyevsky worth reading?
One may say,we don't have time for recommended readings and this guy with funny name is asking us to read Dostoevsky! Yup that's right but why I recommend it?because in our society, studying for exam is hampered by many forces,I.e financial issues, domestic quarrels, cousins jealousies-rivalries,bleak past,non-cooperative peers, ethnicity etc.so,Dostoyevsky gives us simple solutions for our leg-pulling society.
Moreover, it will enhance your vocabulary, reading speed, understanding speed.

His notable works include
Crime and punishment
The brother Karamazov
The idiot
Notes from underground
The gambler

Keep smiling....

First things first, Yes, you definitely are the guy with the funny name. :D
Thanks for the suggestion.
I love reading, but I haven't introduced myself to Dostoevsky yet. I already have the "Brother karamazov" and " Crime and Punishment" on my summer reading list. Though, with so much other stuff like my masters exams and job and CSS prep I haven't gotten to the serious part of my list.
But thanks for the recommendation. I'll let you know when I get to them. Just wanted to leave this here so that you can know that your recommendations haven't gone to waste. A book nerd somewhere will benefit from your advice.

Well,at first I thought my post about Dostoyevsky got wasted. But now, thank you.

Read crime and punishment and I bet you will say in your heart," oh thank you qublai".
I hope you will manage sometime for this classic work of Dostoyevsky. It is an ‘easy to read’ book because it is translated from Russian language. Translations are simple because they are moulded for simplicity.
But please, let me know your views about this masterpiece after reading.
